Are you part of LensCrafters or Sam’s Club?

No. Fenix Lumi Optometry is an independent practice. Our retail partners provide space and frames; our doctors of optometry provide the eye exam and medical eye care.

What insurance do you accept?

Our Moreno Valley office accepts EyeMed, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, MESVision, FEP Vision, Anthem Blue View Vision, MetLife, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Health Net and AAA / AARP plans. Plans can differ at the Chino office, so call to confirm your coverage before your visit.

How much is an eye exam without insurance?

Do you see children?

Yes. Both offices offer children’s eye exams, typically from age 5. Our Moreno Valley office also offers myopia control to help slow nearsightedness in kids.

Do you perform LASIK or cataract surgery?

No. We examine your eyes, help you decide whether LASIK, cataract surgery or a lens implant makes sense, and co-manage your care with a surgeon before and after the procedure.
